Sharon Lucido entered our lives in 2016 when we were buying our forever home. She was the sellers agent at that time. As a buyer with their own agent we found Sharon was helpful, honest and responsive to our questions through our agent. In 2017 we enlisted Sharon's help to list the home we had moved out of as a rental property. Sharon had a list of potential tenants within two days. She had done credit checks and a rental history on each potential tenant for us to review. Because of this, we were able to find a great tenant who stayed for two years before relocating. At that time, we called upon Sharon again. This time to sell the house. Sharon had a full, comprehensive market analysis for us to review within one day of our call. We were shocked with the value of our home as it was far higher than we had ever thought it would be. Sharon gave us some simple ideas to make the home shine, which we followed. We listed the house in October and signed papers just after Thanksgiving. After taking photos to capture our home perfectly, Sharon advertised on Facebook, Instagram, her website, mailers and of course MLS. It is because of Sharon's expert knowledge and dedicated team that we received full asking price of our home. But most of all, Sharon made selling our home such an easy task.
