Sharon Lucido entered our lives in 2016 when we were buying our forever home. She was the sellers agent at that time. As a buyer with their own agent we found Sharon was helpful, honest and responsive to our questions through our agent. In 2017 we enlisted Sharon's help to list the home we had moved out of as a rental property. Sharon had a list of potential tenants within two days. She had done credit checks and a rental history on each potential tenant for us to review. Because of this, we were able to find a great tenant who stayed for two years before relocating.
